TERMS AND CONDITIONS

[By commissioning me, you are aware of and accept the following terms and conditions]I, as a customer, understand and agree that I:
- Must pay full price upfront
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly when describing alteration requests and/or further details
- Am not able to receive any form of refund, be it partial or full, for any reason. Payment is final
- Am entitled to 3 revisions/edits free of charge during the initial sketching phase. After that, no more alterations may be permitted unless I am willing to pay an additional fee [+2$ per additional alteration]
- Am allowed to use the received finished product as I see fit, with the exception that credit is given to the artist and that the watermark is not removed
- Will not attempt to request anything listed in the "Will Not Draw" section
- Will not attempt to rush or harass the artist for a response or to speed up finishing the commission
- Will not receive any artwork for free or majorly discounted price, and will not request such

ADDITIONAL INFO

I, as the artist, have the right to:
- Refuse a commission request if I feel it is beyond my ability, incompatible with my available time, or I am uncomfortable with the requested characters/scene, even if it is not on stated on my "Will Not Draw" list
- Use the finished product in posts on my social medias in order to provide art references for future commissions
- Take as little or as much time to complete the commission as needed. I will not be able to devote my entire day to your commission as it is not a full-time job[I am able to/am willing to draw]
- ships (character x character)
- OCs
- fanart
- mild gore (slight injuries, blood, implied violence)
- mild NSFW (artistic nudity, suggestive content, SFW fetish content)
- various body types (underweight, average, overweight, fit, etc.)
- simplistic scenery (flat or 3/4 perspective, low detail in design, etc.)
- joke/meme art[I am unable to/am unwilling to draw]
- mechs/ships (the vessel)/vehicles
- illegal/problematic ships/characters/actions
- intense gore (major dismemberment, cannibalism, violent crime/murder, anything intended for "shock value")
- major NSFW (porn, pornographic/gross fetish content)
- detailed architecture (large or intricate buildings, cathedrals, etc.)
- detailed weapons (intricate in design, or anything that requires high effort)
- realism
- large muscles
- art style imitation ("can you draw this in the [media] style?")
- complex scenery (involving major usage of intense perspective, large amounts of intricate details, etc.)[I am willing to but am unskilled in drawing]
(meaning results will not be of reliable quality but are still offered; subject to complexity fee)
- furries/anthros/scalies/etc
- animals
- simplistic architecture (small buildings, huts/shacks, etc.)
- simplistic weapons (low detail swords/sabres, small guns, saws, etc)
- furniture and props/décor[TaT varies; can take up to 3 days]
